Why use Composio?
Apart from a managed and hosted MCP server, you will get:
- CodeAct: A dedicated workbench that allows GPT to write its code to handle complex tool chaining. Reduces to-and-fro with LLMs for frequent tool calling.
- Large tool responses: Handle them to minimise context rot.
- Dynamic just-in-time access to 20,000 tools across 870+ other Apps for cross-app workflows. It loads the tools you need, so GPTs aren't overwhelmed by tools you don't need.
How to install Veriphone MCP in Codex

What is the Veriphone MCP server, and what's possible with it?
The Veriphone MCP server is an implementation of the Model Context Protocol that connects your AI agent and assistants like Claude, Cursor, etc directly to your Veriphone account. It provides structured and secure access to real-time phone number validation, so your agent can verify phone numbers, check carrier and region information, and fetch example numbers for any country on your behalf.
- Instant phone number validation: Quickly confirm if a phone number is valid, correctly formatted, and active in real time.
- Carrier and region lookup: Let your agent identify the carrier, line type, and geographical region associated with any phone number.
- Retrieve example phone numbers: Ask your agent to generate example mobile or landline numbers for any country and type, useful for testing or onboarding flows.
- Automated formatting checks: Ensure submitted numbers follow local and international standards before you store or use them in your application.
