The Mihu AI MCP server is an implementation of the Model Context Protocol that connects your AI agent and assistants like Claude, Cursor, etc directly to your Mihu AI account. It provides structured and secure access to your workspace, agents, calls, contacts, conversations, campaigns, appointments, sessions, tasks, and analytics, so your agent can review workspace details, find customer activity, monitor campaigns, inspect appointments, and analyze call performance on your behalf.
- Workspace and agent oversight: Have your agent review workspace details, including locale, timezone, wallet balance, and available agents filtered by status or search text.
- Call tracking and analytics: Let the agent find inbound, outbound, or web calls and summarize call counts, duration, outcomes, handling, and cost for a chosen time period.
- Contact and conversation discovery: Direct your agent to find contacts and conversations using details such as names, phone numbers, channels, statuses, campaigns, tags, or labels.
- Campaign and appointment monitoring: Instruct your agent to review campaigns by status or search text and find appointments by schedule, contact, status, or date range.
- Session and task review: Have your agent inspect conversation sessions by contact, agent, campaign, status, or communication type, and retrieve an existing asynchronous task for follow-up.
