Spinnable helps businesses create AI employees for real operational roles. But an AI employee is only as useful as the tools it can reach: a hospitality employee needs property and guest-management systems, a go-to-market employee needs sales and outreach tools, and a content employee needs the tools used to create, plan and publish. Composio closed the gap between an AI employee that can advise and one that can do the work, and made that capability available beyond a single integration specialist.
AI employees need to work where the business works
Spinnable's vision is that teams should be able to create AI employees around the jobs and workflows that matter to them. Every one of those roles depends on different business systems.
Without the relevant integrations, an AI employee can provide information, but it cannot take meaningful action inside the workflow it was hired for.
Every integration was a week of work for one person
Before Composio, each custom integration took at least a week to build. At Spinnable's current scale of around 100 tools, that adds up to an estimated 700 engineering days of baseline build effort, before ongoing maintenance, fixes, and changes to third-party authentication and APIs.
The work also depended on one specialist who knew how to build, configure and maintain those connections, so every new customer request competed with that person's other priorities and limited how quickly Spinnable could expand what its AI employees could do.
Connections in hours, shipped by more of the team
Composio gave Spinnable a connection layer for its AI employees, so a requested tool is no longer a bespoke engineering project. Instead of rebuilding connection logic for every tool, the team focuses on defining each AI employee's role, context, permissions and workflow.
Spinnable has made roughly 100 tools available to power AI employee workflows, and connections that took at least a week now ship in hours. The process no longer runs through a single specialist: non-technical team members can shape and ship custom integrations on demand, which lets Spinnable respond faster to customers and put AI employees to work in the tools where work already happens.
