Terms of Service

Sampark Inc, doing business as Composio (“Composio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy govern your access to and use of our platform. By accessing or using Composio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Composio, so it is important that you review them carefully.
2. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to the Terms, we will provide notice by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and posting a notice on our platform. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.
3. Access and Use of the Platform
3.1 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Composio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the platform or its contents, any derivative use of the platform or its contents, or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
3.2 Restrictions on Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform or the servers and networks connected to the platform.
- Use any data obtained from the platform to develop, train, improve, or support generalized artificial intelligence (AI) and/or machine learning (ML) models without obtaining explicit written permission from Composio.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the platform.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform without express written permission from Composio.
4. Integration with Google Workspace APIs
Composio’s platform may integrate with and utilize Google Workspace APIs to provide its services. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your use of Google Workspace APIs through Composio is subject to Google’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable agreements or policies set forth by Google.
- Composio does not use any data obtained from Google Workspace APIs to develop, train, improve, or support generalized AI/ML models. We strictly limit our use of such data to providing the specific services offered through our platform.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Google Workspace APIs through Composio complies with all applicable Google policies and agreements.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe that your account has been compromised, you must immediately notify Composio.
You are also responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to Composio is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur.
6. User-Generated Content
6.1 Ownership of User Content
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the platform (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Composio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the platform and Composio’s business.
6.2 Prohibited Content
You agree not to post, upload, publish, submit, or transmit any User Content that:
- Infringes, misappropriates, or violates a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy.
- Is unlawful, harassing, abusive, tortious, threatening, harmful, invasive of another’s privacy, vulgar, defamatory, false, intentionally misleading, trade libelous, pornographic, obscene, patently offensive, promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
- Contains any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation.
- Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Composio reserves the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate.
7. Termination of Access
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Composio and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Neither Composio nor its suppliers and licensors make any warranty that the platform will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the platform at your own discretion and risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Composio, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for:
- Any special, incidental, or consequential damages;
- The cost of procurement for substitute products or services;
- Interruption of use or loss or corruption of data;
- Any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Composio under this agreement.
Composio shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Delaware for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
